Inspira was born out of a need that our founder, Luis Torres, experienced firsthand. He struggled to find a bilingual clinical environment where care that respects cultural differences was the norm, not just a rare occurrence.

Built by a clinician
who has been where you are.
Luis Torres spent his early career in a community health center serving a primarily Spanish-speaking population. He saw what happens when clinicians get stretched too thin: the cultural weight of being the only bilingual provider, and a quiet conveyor-belt feeling that none of the people in the room signed up for.
Inspira was built as the opposite of that experience.
A practice where bilingual, culturally-attuned care is the standard rather than the exception. Where clinicians have control over their schedule, their caseload, and the shape of their work.
That is the practice we wanted. So we built it. And we are still building it, with every clinician we hire.

What working at Inspira actually looks like.
A schedule that flexes with your life
You set your own minimum weekly availability, and you can schedule above that floor whenever it fits. Roles are available fully remote, fully in-person at our West Springfield office, or hybrid. We are interested in long-term sustainability, not in keeping every slot full at all costs.
A caseload aligned with how you trained
Inspira's clients come to us specifically for bilingual, culturally-attuned care. That means your day is filled with the work you trained for, with people who actually need what you bring. We handle the matching, you handle the room.
Compensation structured for steady growth
Fee-for-service and W-2 employment with a tiered pay scale tied to experience and caseload. In addition to compensation, we provide training and connection opportunities throught the year. Our goal is to build the practice with a structure that rewards clinicians who stay and grow with us.
Supervision and burnout protection, built in
Clinical supervision, peer consultation, and ongoing professional
development are part of the core offer rather than an annual perk. Our
culture takes therapist wellbeing as seriously as client wellbeing, because
one cannot exist long without the other.

Psychiatric Prescriber

Inspira Counseling Center is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatrist to provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.
The role includes comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, patient education, clinical documentation, and collaboration with our team of therapists and healthcare professionals.
We offer flexible scheduling, strong administrative support, and the opportunity to provide care through in-person, telehealth, or hybrid services.
Mental Health Clinician
Spanish-speaking
Inspira Counseling Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated mental health clinicians to provide high-quality outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults.
Clinicians are responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing evidence-based psychotherapy, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with other members of our multidisciplinary team.
We offer flexible scheduling, administrative support, and the opportunity to provide care through in-person, telehealth, or hybrid services. Licensed and license-eligible clinicians are encouraged to apply.

UNA NOTA · A BRIEF NOTE ON CULTURE
Inspira started with one clinician and a daughter who said podemos hacerlo.
That family-built ethic still shapes how we hire, who we trust, and how we show up for each other on the
days the work is hard. We are a team of fifteen, growing carefully, hiring people who care about what we care about, and giving each other the kind of working environment we wish more clinicians had.
