Luis Torres is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the founder of Inspira Counseling Center. After years working directly with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, major life transitions, and identity questions, he now focuses primarily on leading the growth, vision, and operations of Inspira. As Executive Director, Luis oversees strategic leadership, staff support, community partnerships, and advocacy for bilingual, culturally responsive mental health care. While maintaining a small caseload of long-term clients, his primary passion is building a family-centered practice that increases access to care for Latino and underserved communities across Massachusetts, grounded in the belief that mental health care should be accessible, dignified, and shame-free.
