Terapia Individual · Individual Therapy

Individual therapy built for your whole story

One-on-one sessions with bilingual clinicians who understand your culture, your language, and the particular weight you've been carrying.

TE ENTENDEMOS · WE UNDERSTAND

There's a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from holding everything together.

The job, the family, the calls from home, the things nobody here quite understands. You've been the strong one for so long that asking for help starts to feel like a confession.

And when you finally consider it, the next thought arrives almost
immediately: Where do I even start? Will this person actually understand, or will I spend the whole session giving context instead of getting support?

"What if the clinic felt like a place people actually wanted to be? Where someone already understood your context before you said a word?"

At Inspira, you walk into a room where that question has already been answered. Our therapists know what it means to carry two cultures, two languages, and the weight of expectations that were never yours to begin with.   No need to start from the beginning. You just have to show up, and we'll take it from there.

QUÉ ESPERAR · WHAT TO EXPECT

A session at Inspira looks different from what most people expect.

There's no cold intake checklist, no clipboard, and no sense that your 50 minutes are already running out before you've said anything real. Your therapist will work with you using an approach that fits your situation and your personality, at a pace that feels right.

Some clients respond well to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Others find that mindfulness-based approaches give them the grounding they've been missing. In most cases, it's a combination of methods, and your clinician will guide that process with you, not for you.

Sessions are available in English and Spanish. A small number of our clinicians also offer sessions in Portuguese for the Brazilian community in Western Massachusetts.

El día a día · The Day to Day

What working at Inspira actually looks like.

Anxiety

It shows up at 2am when your mind refuses to stop. It's rehearsing conversations before they happen, the constant feeling that something is about to go wrong. Our therapists help you understand where it comes from and what it takes to quiet it down.

Depression

Some days it's a sadness you can name. Others it's a heaviness without a clear reason, a distance from the things and people that used to feel close. Therapy gives you a place to look at it honestly, without judgment and without having to explain yourself first.

Trauma

Trauma doesn't always come from a single event. Sometimes it's what was said over years, what was lost in the crossing, or what you witnessed and never fully processed. Our therapists are trained to work with it at the pace that feels safe for you.

ADHD

For many adults, an ADHD diagnosis comes late — after years of feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or like you've always been one step behind everyone else. Therapy helps you understand how your brain actually works and build strategies that fit your real life.

Grief & Loss

Grief takes many forms in our community: the loss of a loved one, a homeland, a version of yourself you had to leave behind. Whatever you're mourning, you deserve a space to grieve it fully, in your own language and on your own terms.

LGBTQIA+ Identity & Wellbeing

Our therapists provide a friendly space that honors who you are, making sure you feel safe and heard. No matter what you're facing—be it your identity, family relationships, or the challenges of being queer in a Latino home you are welcome here.

ACCESO · ACCESS

Care that is within reach, wherever you are.

Sessions are available in-person at our West Springfield office and via secure telehealth across Massachusetts. Call us to talk through your options — there's no commitment before you've spoken to someone.

MassHealth & Sliding Scale
